Sometimes, simple is good. Today’s Sunday Lunch was just that! Making do with what I had left over from our New Years Eve gathering, I threw together a tasty little lunch for myself this afternoon. Thinly sliced smoked turkey, honey-baked ham and Swiss cheese with white and wheat slider rolls. On the side we have some plain old Lays brand honey barbecue potato chips. Much more tasty than a grease-laden cheeseburger from some fast food chain.
