This was one of the nicer views of my morning. It’s courtesy of my 1 mile walk through our city’s main recreational park. Tomorrow, I shall actually dress more appropriately. Today was also the first day I tested my Fitbit Flex on a measured distance. It nailed it right on the head at one mile. Very nice. Also, finally picked up a scale to keep in the house. The box claims it is accurate up to .01 of a pound. That’s pretty confident! It does seem accurate, though, compared to what the doctor’s scales have weighed me at. So, yeah, I’m finally getting into full steam ahead mode on this Operation New Life 2014 thing.
